Yes we believe in Jesus but we believe that he is a prophet and not the Son of God or God. We do believe he is the Messiah as well.

Yes muslims believe in Jesus or Isa as a prophet but he is not the son of God because Allah is only one God.In the holy Qur'an Surah 19 Maryam verse19 upto 21 Allah spoke that Jibril or Gabriel angel was appointed to go to Maryam and he told her that Allah would give her a baby without touching of man. and without adultery.Allah Almighty can do whatever be wanted. In verse 30 the baby (jesus) said that he is the servant of Allah.Allah has given me the holy book(Bible)and Allah appointed me as a prophet. In verse 31 Jesus told that Allah instructed him to pray and pay zakat (alm/donation or islamic taxes) along his life.In verse 33 He hoped that Allah will give prosperity to him in his birth in his death and at the resurrection day.In verse 35 It is not proper if Allah has a son.In verse 36 Jesus said that Allah is my God and your God too so pray to Allah. This is the right and straight way/path
Jesus is not a messiah.

Of course we Muslims believe in Jesus Christ as the one sent by Allah the Almighty it is disbelief if a Muslim doesn't believe in Christ as one of the sent ones. He is Allah's words made flesh as God only needed to say "Be", and the Virgin Mary conceived him without any man having touched her.
Mary's conception without a male intervention was a miracle shown to the Jewish rabbis and doctors of religion who were debating whether or not it is the male that has the sole role to play in the conception of a pregnancy, while the women has none. Of course modern science has confirmed that the woman has an equal role too .
The Quran explicitly call him Isa Al-Masih son of Mary the Annointed One, and he is the last great messenger sent to among the Israelis and Jews, and is he brings good news to the coming of Muhammad identified as The Comforter or Paraclete in the New Testament.
He is also referred to as RuhUllah the Spirit of Allah, as by God's will he was able to revive the dead by blowing the man's spirit back into his dead body.
But he is not son of God, neither God Incarnate, nor God himself-- God is Too Hallowed to have a son, and Too Hallowed to have been caught, humiliated and died on the cross as Christians claim.

Muslims Believe that Jesus was a Prophet, But they also say that Jesus was a stepping Stone for what they consider to be the Greatest Prophet of all Mohommad.
They also say that Jesus did not Die, but Hid away so as to escape the Torture. They say that someone else took Jesus place. They also say that an Angel of God told Mohommad to Record this.. that " Angel" was for a certainty a Demon.

I am venturing somewhat of a guess here. They believe he was a good man, a teacher, but not a Messiah and not the son of God.

Yes, they believe in him. If I remember clearly I think they do believe he's the messiah...but I'm not too sure on that one.
