A Jewish person can't be "born again" as one is born Jewish through their mother's lineage. Once a Jew, always a Jew. Even if you convert, you will always, thereafter, be considered a Jew.
I've never understood the concept of "born again" anyway- weren't we all born right the first time?

If you are talking about reincarnation, yes we all can be born again with a different religion in next life.

As long as you ask Jesus into your heart and forgiveness for sins you are born-again. You can be any religion you choose. Usually though you would gravitate toward a christian religion.

No... you're only born ONCE.... contrary to popular belief...
But what you're thinking of is "born again" in the sense of starting fresh and erasing all sins... if you ask convincingly enough God would forgive.

The Holy Spirit does the Recreating of your Spirit (thus, Born-Again) to Save you.
GOD the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit are "ONE".

If you mean "born again" like in Christianity, no there isn't really any such concept in Judaism.
