Ok well I need a bunch of help. Im starting a new school and there is a guy next to my locker friendly and nice and kind of cute. Then there is this hott but idk friendly cause im too frightened to talk to him school starts in 5 days so please helpme. Do I make the first move? Which guy should I pick? and how long should I wait for me to make the first move? How long do I wait for him to make the first move before moving on?

You should probably make the first move, but do it subtly so the guy won't think you're desperate. Go for the "cute" one for now and not the "hott" one because he's got the locker right next to you...

First you make sure you are out there where they can see you--
You pick the one you like best or the one that picks you
When you get tired of waiting you make your move.. and if it doesn't work out you move on
