lowered car myself?

if i lower car myself, can i still get registration. the cars my friends have are lowered and they can buy the car registration co. wont let me get mine. stupid huh.

Lowering the car may make it unsafe/illegal. Perhaps your friends have not gotten stopped yet. My State requires that bumpers be within 3" of stock as far as height.
