There are more than 4 functions so I will tell you all I can remember and you can choose from those:
1. moves oxygen and carbon dioxide through the body
2. transports nutrients through the body
3. removes wastes
4. regulates blood pH and electrolytes
5. transports hormones
6. protects the body against pathogens
7. stabilizes body temp
8. restricts blood loss when there is a traumatic injury

These functions can be condensed though, such as:
1. transport (02, C02, wastes)
2. immunity/defense (pathogens, restricting blood loss)
3. temperature regulation
4. communication (hormones)
