take a step back from your work, go for a walk or a small trip away, don't let it get to you, sooner or later you'll be inspired to write more and you'll get more ideas.
it's the whole "you'll find it when you stop looking for it" theory

Why would you want to write if you don't have any ideas?
Wouldn't it be better to take some time off from writing and either do nothing at all, or just watch some people, or clouds, or stare at some cows, or something, and get some ideas?
