Being a member of the Military and former recruiter, I am going to say no.
I mean you could if you lie, but; if you lie and it comes out later, you will definetly regret it. Dishonorable discharge and all.
Are there people in the Military that lied about their health problems? YES, some go a whole career and aren't found out, but I just dealt with one this week who is getting fined and discharged. So PLEASE rethink joining.

You might be able to, depends on the job. If you want to be a grunt or a sniper as most people do who want to join the Corps, I can just about guarantee that they won't let you in. If it's other jobs it is possible but you will need all of your records and have your ducks in a row if you want to get a waiver. Show them that you are really dedicated to the job you want to do and you may have a chance. Good luck

A serious answer for a serious question. Bi-polar disorder is disqualifying for enlistment or appointment.

Not unless you get a medical waiver and I doubt you would be put in a combat role.

That doesn't matter as long as you enjoy trespassing, stomping doors down and will shoot anything that moves. And don't worry, the Bully Bush gang will cover for you with lies..
