what you feel is scarring. my first tattoo scarred too and i can still feel it even tho it has been covered up. so yes, you can cover up the first tattoo if you aren't happy with it but you will still be able to feel the scar tissue when you run your fingers over it.
good luck!

Well, I suppose you are too ancient for her at this degree in existence. Four years is not a lot at a later degree in existence, however you must suppose of all that has occurred to you among thirteen and 17. I imply, it is a international of change, and if her brother has issues with it I'm certain her dad and mom might too. The moment you hit 18 there'd be an international of issues that'd be bigger to prevent, assuming his sister does such as you again. Maybe later in existence, however it is bigger to only now not suppose approximately. What the "preppy cheerleader" mentioned to you used to be horribly beside the point while, typically looking to simply prop her possess self up at the pedestal that she's used to being on in so much folks's eyes should you inquire from me, so I would not precisely run to her both--however all in all it is typically excellent to only lay low and keep unmarried in the meanwhile. If any person extra your age catches your eye possibly make a transfer on her. Is it bizarre? Not fairly, you typically fell for her considering you felt you would hook up with her, which how can that be bizarre? Acting on it maybe an extra tale, however matters like this occur always. Don't undercut your self.

if you've had it for longer than say, 6 months, it means the artist went too deep or too hard and you have scar tissue from it. under that, the ink is still settling into your skin. Either way is fairly normal.

So you want to get it covered up? if there's a lot of black, it will be difficult to get a good cover up done. Not impossible, but difficult.

Laser removal is a long, painful, costly process, but eventually it does work. Problem is it can cause even more scarring.

I suggest going to a really really awesome artist that has a lot of experience with coverups and asking them what they think can be done.

Good luck!

From personal experience I have numerous tattoos and I have no feeling at all in any of them, and even if there was a mistake on that one you would be safe to get another. I would get this check my yahoo friend because it could be a skin condition that need attn and not even the tattoo.

Go in and have an artist look at it for you.
The person looking at the canvas,
is the best judge of what is going on.
Possibly just a small amount of scar tissue.

I don't think the skin being raised is normal if it's an older tattoo. Mine aren't raised anyway, I have two.
