Ray Charles sings a song called 'Fifty Nifty Unites States' that lists all of the states in the US. I learned it in 4th grade. I'm sure you can find the music on a CD or for download somewhere.
Fifty Nifty United States from thirteen original colonies;
Fifty Nifty stars on the flag that billows so beautifully in the breeze.
Each individual state contributes a quality that is great.
Each individual state deserves a bow, We salute them now.
Fifty Nifty United States from thirteen original colonies,
Shout 'em, scout 'em, Tell all about 'em,
One by one,til we've given a name to every state in the USA (say in the USA fifteen times)
Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut
Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana
Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine,
Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan.
Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana,
Nebraska, Nevada,
New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York,
North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio,
Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina,
South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas,
Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming
North, South, East, West in our own starving, objective, un-predjucidiced opinion (Name of home State)
Is the Best of the Fifty Nifty United States from thirteen original colonies
Shout 'em,scout'em, tell all about 'em
One by One, till we've given a day to every state in the good old U....S...A (hold all notes very short)

I learned how to memorize them by using a rhyming song that my teacher taught us.
It's called "The 50 States that Rhyme"
I found a link for it that has a Midi sample of the tune, and the lyrics, so I hope it helps you out. It did for me, because over 15 years later I still can recall the tune and lyrics.

"Fifty Nifty United States"
It's a song, they say all the states in ABC order but the tune gets stuck in your head so it's easier to remember. Skip to around 40 seconds.

write them over and over while repeating them trust me this works its just like an annoying sibling singing a song over and over again then it gets stuck in your head and you start singing it. Or you can make a song. I made a song to learn it and it helped me a lot
