I'm not quite sure why i have this problem going on but it just started of lately. I have a small area on my back where it feels numb and tingling. Does anyone know what this might be? Thanks.

A numb feeling usually indicates some sort of nerve problem. I suggest you see a chiropractor as they are the best At treating back problems when they first began. you need to find out exactly what is wrong and how it can be corrected.

I've enclosed a link where you can find a qualified chiropractor in your area.
