When I open links in this section I read so many negative comments and it makes me feel very depressed. Does anyone else feel the same and how do you deal with it?

Reme that is exactly my point, negative feedback. Btw I posted nothing on Hell fire which is not my belief, even though I am a Christian. Which side is judging?
I wish you no bad feelings as I consider you my fellowman. Okay.

When people are afraid and do not understand things, they are negative. Even religions are this way, it is the nature of people when they don't understand another person's point of view. It is much easier to be negative or rebellious then put actual thought with an open mind into something. Don't let all the negative comments get to you, in life there is always negativity you will have to deal with, athough you probably should take a break from the site and do positive things to reinforce your beliefs.

Wash off the negativity. It is a forum for questioning and debate. Dont let it get to you. Sometimes, there is some real hope and joy and some pretty fun stuff here. I am addicted to this site! And I am a peace lover. When things get all nasty, make a peaceful loving comment then. Try to change the course of things. We all have the power in us to spread joy and happiness. But it is important to always question, then we learn and grow. And learning about other religions and faiths can only make you see your beliefs more clearly. Help you in the long run.

Yes, the anger eats up good energy, from any side of the fence, How to deal with it, Don't deal with it, Just let it go, chalk it up as the past, can't change what's past, don't take your self or others to serious, and retreat, do something else
until you feel like coming back, or maybe not come back.
Nothing said on here will save the world, take what you feel is good and let the rest go. All of it is a lesson one way or another, and taht"s all life is at the most, Lessons. Blessings

some people are just ******* whenever they can be. Some people make negative comments because they are SO tired of hearing the same old BS. Religious people seem to think they can judge everyone else - xtians and muslims seem to be the worst att his. If it's not my way, you'll go to hell. That takes some cajones to threaten other decent, hard working people who are honest as the day is long. I am an atheiest and damn proud that I can use my brain to make decisions instead of letting someone make decisions for me using some cruel invisible entity threaten my existence.
People, think.
Reason, NOT religion.

I feel that I am in a neutral corner. I have watched both sides snipe, and attack each other. Being an atheist does not make them bad or stupid or anything else, they are simply on their own path and God will take care of them just as he does everyone else. And being a Christian does not make a person good, there are many hypocrites, my religious grandpa raped me most of my life. Why can't we just accept each other, agree to disagree and get on with life?
Peace

I find that there are certain people here that are here to disrupt and for them I have found that it is best to let out the Jewish side, I observe Passover on their comments. I apologize to those Jews that visit this site for the slight bit of humor but I was hopeful to keep one of the regulars here and, ah well...regular. A merry heart doeth good like a medicine. Sister just remember that the ones that make you upset you can just passover them and continue to be blessed and a blessing by those you enjoy. Blessings to you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Not to worry. Before much longer, the hate-agendas of the PSEUDO-Christian RRR cultists will swirl down the Drain of Extinction, where they belong. After that, we won't be hearing from those bigoted loons anymore. Just as happened to the equally-ignorant and hateful segregationists, 45 years earlier.

I feel that way sometimes. Then I find a question from someone who is trying to learn or needs a kind word. Then I see all the kind and helpful answers that are posted. It brings a smile to my face, and I remember why I still come in here.

I know that God has a reason for all the hateful, mocking posts. I feel obligated to at least share The Sinners Prayer. The Holy Spirit will convict them.

I just don't take it seriously anymore.
Heck, anyone can post anything here. They are all hidden right?
Negatives come and go in our lives, so do the positives. Just hold on to who you became close to and realize those are the ones you need right now.
Blessings
