suddenly someone goes in the middle of the road and raises a gun to kill the smoker, the smoker doesnt see that guy with the gun...A bus is coming down the road and the driver sees the man with the gun and speeds up to try to stop him...the smoker sees the bus, there is a girl running behind her dog that is heading towards the road, the bus driver doesnt see the girl, so in order to stop the bus, the samoker throws the cigarrette in the puddle of fire...there is a fire, the bus cannot stop in time but it hits the one with the gun and kills him, not before he shoots the gun and kills the smoker, the bus is in flames and exploits, killing the driver and the girl...
how many sins are there in here??

to make it sound more twisted...the one with the gun raises it because he sees the smoker is about to throw the cigarrette to the oil

I only count 3 actual sins: murderous intention (shooter), murder, and selfish arrogance (again, on the part of the shooter).
The bus driver's actions in killing the shooter don't count as murder, and neither do the smoker's. The bus driver is trying to stop a terrorist act, and is allowed to use lethal force. The smoker doesn't intend to kill; the driver and the girl are killed in an accident.
In your story, though, there are 4 sinners: the gunman, the smoker, the bus driver, and the girl. Who knows how many sins they have all committed in their lifetimes?
