I'm 5'10", 130 lbs. When i eat a lot and weigh myself at night, I'm amazingly 140 lbs. The next morning it's back down to 130 lbs. What the hell's wrong with me? It always goes like that, whatever i eat or do (gym, protein, whatever), it always go back down to 130 lbs. Is there something wrong? How can i gain a few pounds without losing it the next day?

Well, Maybe talk to a doctor, at a 130 lbs, your pretty thin, maybe be you have a real fast metabolism, if you figure out whats causing it, patent it , and put me on your list, I could stand to lose some weight.

You dont say how old you are, but if you are in your teens, just be patient. My husband was very skinny when he was young. He was made fun of a lot. Now, he has a super body! Not muscular or anything, just filled out.

If you have a high matabilism then it will burn your fat, I'm tall and skinny too, so is my friend alot of people are like that don't worry about it.

try to really load up on the creatine.or try to get on this medication called seroquel.that will fatten you up quick.
