I'm wondering if a woman can truly love again, after loving once soo strong in her life. It seems no matter how hard I try no one will compare to my first love, even my now hubby, how unfair that is I know! I want it to get better, and dont act on any feelings just internally I feel bad, for not loving the same as I did my first.

First loves are like no other. I think all of us are still "in love" with our first love....it's not the person, it's the feeling.

Hun There is no love like your first love thats what makes them so special. However you're not supposed to love them the same because the reasons why you love them are differently because they are different people. Accept that once you love someone that never changes even if you stop loving them, because you once did that part is permanent. You get me? Remember this, you now are married with a hubby, think of the reasons why you love him and married him now and why you and the other guy are no more.

Of course it is possible to love again and again but your first love will always be the best because it was the first!

I can totally relate! I have had a really hard time opening myself up to guys after my first luv. I still cant find the space in my heart to luv as blindly and as naively as i did before. My first luv was beautiful, but its over and i remember the sadness to much. I keep myself walled up (not intentionally, just instinctively). It also seems, right now, that I'll never love as openly as i did before. Basically, Idk, but just letting u know ur not alone :)- we are strong! heartache to heartache, we stand!

again.. let me tell u not to compare som1 wid any1... and 4dat matter.. ur hubby with ur first love... it isn't fair... ur hubby isn't competiting against any1... ur come 2get to love ur hubby... it takes time, i know... but u'll end up there.. loving each other.. love doesn't develope over night.. it takes time,,, for sure in the end.. ur going to love ur hubby mor than ever...

look if u "loved" some one and then u feel like u now "love some one else" then wat u felt for the first person wasn't love
