My sister (22) is getting married and I need some gift ideas. I'm 15 so it kinda needs to be age appropriate if you know what I mean. (I suggested a pinata full of condoms to my mom and she about had a cow.) This is for the actually cerimony gift, not like a shower gift or anything. Thanks in advance guys! You always come through! :D

Something that won't break the bank would be ideal.

If your sister doesn't have a regestry, check out http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/stylePage.asp?order_num=-1&RN=768 It has a "Bridal Pick" list and shows everything that is less than $50. My favorite has to be the invitation/photo frame: http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/product.asp?order_num=-1&SKU=14321594 It is a combo of a nice personal gift and something useful.

Go to a local store, what ever is handy, and find something neat looking that's functional and cheap. Target had lots of fun things that she might not think of, like collapsable measuring spoons or cups, or a set of glasses that that are unique looking. If you go to one of those bed bath and beyond stores, they have lots of fun things, but they are kinda a bit more expensive....I think table linens are nice, table cloth, cloth napkins, napkin rings, etc. You could also get frames for their wedding pictures, you could get some pretty ones in a few sizes, or a photo album. One unique gift you could do is make a scrapbook of their wedding by taking pictures of the ceremony yourself, and of the reception and then get the film developed and put it together in a small scrapbook. You could do the pages a head of time and then just put the pictures on the pages when you get the film developed, it might be a little late, but you could hand it to her and it would be very meaningful and she would get it before she got to see her wedding photos anyway!! If you want more ideas let me know, I'm full of ideas on gifts!

a great frame is always a good idea. You can buy a nice journal and write something personal on the front inside cover for her. Maybe a frame would be better cuz its for your sista and brother in law. You can always look on their wedding registry and get something from there. His and hers watches, that may be kinda expensive tho. A few nice candles for their new home - Target has some great smelling ones and some wonderful candle holders too. Everyone loves candles!

a really nice gift idea *thoughtful but not expensive since i doubt you're rolling in cash at 15... would be to get some nice paper *(go to a craft store) and print out the lyrics to their wedding song. buy a frame in a decor that you think would match your sister and b-i-l's new home, and place the lyrics in the frame.. you can also buy a two opening frame so you can put a picture of their dating/engagment days or leave it blank so they can put a picture of their first dance next to it!.. it's really a fantastic gift idea!

Does she need any household items? Places like Linens and thing and Bed Batha nd Beyond have a lot of neat gift ideas that won't break the bank.

Good luck!

Buy or make a photo album and fill it with pictures of you and your sister. Carry a camera with you and try to get some candid shots of her as she prepares for the wedding. It will give her memories to cherish forever.

Money is always great because you can use it for whatever you want.

Items they need for their house. Check and see if they registered anywhere.

Gift card to their favorite restaurant. After the wedding I am sure funds will be tight and you could pay for them to have a nice evening out.
