I need to make one for school. I am not exactly sure what my project will be so I need general info on working drawings.

Do working drawings have a basic structure? Do they include a basic sketch of the project? Do they include every single detail about the project? How much detail? Any tips?

A working drawing is just a drawing which describes how something is to be done or made. It usually includes some written notes as may be needed. It can be a rough sketch or a formalized engineering drawing depending on the need.
It may be a drawing of a small , simple object with its dimensions and notes about what it is made of. It may also be a representative drawing showing which items go where, but without size dimensions. This could include wiring diagrams for a simple electronics project or power and lighting wiring for a building.
It can also be a piping drawing showing pipe sizes, dimensions and often includes several views , small detail drawings on the same sheet and several notes.
From a piping drawing there are often made "spool drawings" which are detailed dimensions of specific pieces of the whole assembly.

A working drawing or shopfloor drawing is different from project drawings in the sense that it should contain sufficient details for manufacturing the item . They are standardised for each product and give elaborate information of material of construction, manufacturing process involved, dimensional details with allowable tolerance, bill of material, reference QAP, hydrotest /NDT, heat treatment, design code and reference fabrication standard, painting, Empty weight/operating weight, a standard title block indicating the project name and company/persons responsible for the design. The drawing should show all welding edge preparation detail and weldng process WPS/PQR . A project is likely to be covered in several hundred working part drawings .
Geneal information is described in General arrangement drawings but the working drawings are different as stated above.

I am assuming that this q is based on the drawings for construction.
Working drawings are a part of the drawings that give complete details like the dimensions, name levels, number of steps... etc etc. It will be the drawings that any construction/ contractor will consult for constructing the building. You need to provide the site plan, elevations with levels, sections, plans of various levels and any details in a larger scale.
