You weigh 103lb with 23.6% body fat, so the last thing you should be trying to do is lose weight. You have very low muscle mass of 78.5lb and for you to get a six pack, you need to have a higher muscle mass.

So you need to start adding muscle by doing resistance training and eating a high protein diet. To get to 15% body fat, you would need to be very dedicated as it will not be easy to achieve. I think 18%-20% may be a more realistic goal for now and then you can see how you feel.

Athletes do not have low body fat because they are skinny or a very low weight, they have a low body fat percentage because they have a high muscle mass. If you were to add 10lb of muscle, your body fat percentage would go down.

Once you have added muscle mass, then you can lose those last few pounds of fat, but right now if you lose any more weight, you will just lose even more muscle and your body fat percentage will stay the same.
