many people on high psotions of churches pay homage to the devil by willingly hateing others for their differnces.

another things many pagans back them wrote the tatoos on their body so they can attempt to controll their dieties and magical powers.

i am writting basicly prayers on my body.

That's funny. How about you get a tattoo of the Bible verse that speaks out against tattoos (Leviticus 19:28)?

It is sinful to mark your body with a tattoo regardless of its content. The bible says in Leviticus 19:28

"Do not cut your bodies for the dead, and do not mark your skin with tattoos. I am the Lord."

The reason is that you as a Christian have been set aside as belonging the Lord. Your body is a temple and must be kept pure. You are not to act as the pagans do.

If you have already received a tattoo I suggest removing it but you should pray to God and repent, ask for forgiveness and guidance.

Not at all! It's called art, and if God exists he will judge who you are inside-- He will not be shallow like many humans and judge you by looks. No human has a right to judge, according to the Bible only God does. And if He's kind, He will worry on who you are as a person and not what you look like on the outside.

Like all tattoos, make sure that you can live with that the rest of your life. My tattoo is (when I get it, which will be very soon) from my faith as well.

"Your body is a temple, but how long can you live in it without redecorating?" ~Author unknown

Just think if God wanted your body tattooed would he not have given you a body already tattooed.. Do you think he would have left the bible verses there for you to tattoo on your body, he would have done it for you.
Really, it is your heart God wants and the Words of His Covenant and Love written there, not your body all bruised up and broken, even if you say you are doing it for him.. This sounds to me like you are doing it more for yourself.. What ever you do, Give God the Glory, or it is all done in Vain. .. He who is Love sent His Son to heal the broken and to teach the World about His Kingdom and His Love. No where does He tell us to write His words on our bodies, but to keep them in our hearts and to follow them. Good Luck and God Bless.

I say, if one has to ask about morality, then they themselves have a sense of immorality about the subject.
Yeah, I believe that putting text from the Bible, is wrong. You enter the bathroom with such words on your body, you should be ashamed. Any of the books, such as The Bible, The Torah, and The Quran, shouldnt be taken into a place of filth, such as a bathroom.

I'd find a tattooist who knows Hebrew well. Not an easy feat since Jews don't tattoo. But I saw a guy on the beach last year who thought he had something about jebus tattooed on his arm, but my third grader broke the news to him that it wasn't an intelligible word.

The only thing against tattoos in the Bible is in the law, and unless you are follow ALL of it, a verse from it is not proof that something is still a sin.

Tattoo's would be in the category of idol worship. Tatto's of Angels is worshipping Angels, which is forbidden, tatto's of Jesus or your depiction of God would be making graven images, which is forbidden. The tattoo itself, in any other form, could says not to tattoo in the Old Testament, as it violates the temple and make sit not clean and pure. The temple is your body as your body makes up the body of christ on earth, those that walk with Jesus. If it is there prior, I have one, well, you are forgiven, now sin no more. Eternal life will be your perfect body, which is minus the marking you made on it in this life.
