I think that Jim Carrey has already proven, that none of us,could perform the task...

I know this question is asked tongue in cheek, but actually there is a deeper spiritual lessen that I,as a Chrisitan have learned(sort of)...Often times,I do sit on the throne,(by my own will)in the place of God and when he returns to relieve me,(by invitation),he simply asks very politely..May I have control of your life again,Bobby?

I knew a medium in Brazil, his name is Francisco Xavier. He died about 5 years ago, but his life is the most beautiful example of love and dedication to people in need I have ever seen. He was a medium and he used to receive messages from the dead and write letters and books. He wrote 400 books guided by spirits, and all the income turned to hungry children. He is certainly the only person I would like to see in God's place, in the hypothetical situation, of course, cause I know God would never leave us.

Please check Francisco Xavier biography.

the two "In God We have faith" and "One united states...under God" - that are the two regularly pointed to as evidence the Founding Fathers meant this to be a Christian united states - did no longer even seem until the Nineteen Fifties! This became by way of fact McCarthy threatened any Congressman who voted against their enstatement with being labelled a Communist, and dropping their jobs and having their lives destroyed.

Red Queen.
She has the name for it and is already dressed for the part. Plus, she may be an atheist, but she is honest, respectful, fair, tolerant and seemingly unbiased.

Edit: Thank you,Pangel. You are also among my top choices to sit on the throne. You have all the same wonderful qualities as Red Queen.

Bonsai summed it up beautifully.

You do realize that if any of you substitute for God, you'll only end up being the recipient of all of those questions here on R&S complaining about how you mucked things up????
