You're gonna laugh at me....
We eat Taco Bell - lol - if anyone cooks anything at my house, it's me. My mom works 13 hour days: 5am to 6pm, and on the weekends we have so much to do, there's no time to make food.
But when I do cook, it's really good. =)

It's got to be Tacos. Shredded beef or chicken with a little home made salsa, lettuce, tomato, grated cheese, sour cream on fresh corn tortillas fried until there is just a little bit of crispness to them.
The roast beef sounds good too (especially a pot roast), but I'll pass on those lima beans myself. Just cut up some carrots and toss them in with the roast. Yum!

Amen to the roast beef and mashed potatoes, but I'll pass on the lima beans and throw in home made rolls. Thanks.

A lovely roast chicken with corn on the cob and baked potatoes with lots of sour cream and butter.
No dessert for me, alas, due to diabetes, but a nice cup of coffee afterwards finishes up the dinner just right.

Take out from the Fish & Chips place around the corner. Most Sunday nights I end up working the overnight shift so I tend to sleep most of the day.

Granny's fried chicken, corn bread, pinto beans (cooked the day before) fresh slices of tomato, cucumber and raw onions out of granny's garden. A big ole pitcher of sweet tea!

Miller Lite and a pizza to watch football or Miller Lite and chicken wings to watch NASCAR. If I am watching both(which is the case soon)...I order both and get more beer!
