Arms.
Can't stand when a guy has muscular pecs... ugly to me, and having cut abs just means he spends too much time working out. Having strong arms means he's a good hard working guy and he comes by those muscles honestly.... that's the most desirable.

Arms. They're more likely to get noticed! A nice tattoo also helps draw our eyes to that area.
