I wanted to know the best recipe for whiped cream!
I do not have heavy cream, Is there a substatute???

You could whip skim milk, but it has to be icy cold and it takes longer than real cream. The only other substitute is frozen whipped topping or packaged Dream Whip. There really is no substitute for real cream. If you do use real cream, use a glass bowl, placing it in the freezer along with the beaters for an hour before beating

nope, no substitute. Fat in the heavy cream is what lets it whip up.

Unless you want to use dream whip or some other mix, you need real cream.

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound soft (silken) tofu
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup soy milk
PREPARATION:
Combine the tofu, vanilla and sugar in a blender or a food processor and process until smooth.
With the machine running, gradually add the soy milk through the feeder cap. Refrigerate until serving time.
