Or do you just use a regular sized one? It seems like it would be all bunched up if I use the standard size, but I am having a hard time finding a smaller sized one?

Well bunched up can take on a designer look or you can have someone make the appropriate size for you. It couldn't cost much to have it done. I prefer custom to the ceiling looking like draperies with a paneling over top of either fabric or custom built panel. You can do what you want and you can do it yourself by using the proper rods either ceiling or regular.

I would buy the regular sized one and cut it in half and save the second half for the next time.

I just use a regular sized one but you could cut it down to size if it vinyl.
