I think it's healthier to bake it. No cholesterol.

Your choice. Either way, if you strip off the skin first, that'll remove most of the fat and that's healthier. I have to admit, though, that when I roast a whole chicken, I leave the skin on 'cause the meat turns out a bit more juicy and flavorful. A good part of the fat will drain down into the pan, and if you set the chicken on a trivet inside the pan while it roasts, that'll keep the meat up out of the excess fat.

i think its best to bake it!
when i bake chicken i usually lay in in a dish and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of olive oil 1 teaspoon of minced garlic 2 table spoons of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
i then cook it for around 30mins then after it cools i cut it up and serve it on a bed of salad with taziki dip on the side and crispy white bread
