Power Inverter 12V -220V -6000W .what the transistor or mosfet can it do in Inverter .plese help me fast.

An output of 6000 watts implies an input of probably more like 8-10 kw. This is on the order of 750 amps.
You will probably need to parallel multiple IGFETs or power MOSFETs for a beast like this.
A switching power supply will be more efficient than a transformer type.

inverters of this class normally work with at least 48 volt dc or higher. most 12v gel cells will explode trying to pass 700 amps continuously.
