I am a 26 yr old man. i have the typical thinning, and the showing of the eventual balding on my head. I hear that some people are born genetically, with some hairs that are sensitive to the byproduct made from testosterone , DHT. I already know that i do have the sensitivity issue, so is there so drug, or pill i could use thats on the market, thats LEGIT and works, that could slow, or stop my thinnning?.

first off start taking a good quality Multi vitamin twice daily. The hair follicles needs the nourishment. Also start drinking mineral water every day at least four glasses. you can mix this with regular water, minerals are critical for hair regrowth.

a rubber scalp massager is good for stimulating the scalp. I have seen people with thin hair start getting a thicker growth. This has to be done every day for at least five minutes.

Medically there are medicines to help with hair regrowth. Consult your medical doctor to find out what would be best for you.

I hate saying this but I have went through this with some great men in my life, two of which I find better looking totally bald,, Usually the only thing that really works is very expansive hair transplants and they dont always hold, best wishes to you on this problem I know our appearance in this society causes great personal stress.

A zinc supplement might perhaps help.

Try a Yahoo search for "hair loss treatment" OR "hair regrowth treatment".
