Fix the uncle Ben's mushroom rice according to package directions using chicken broth instead of water. Serve under pieces of roasted chicken.
Chop the cucumber, peppers, green onions and 1 jalapeno pepper, salt and pepper - add diced cheddar cheese and Italian dressing.
Viola! Dinner

Chicken and Rice with a Mexican Salad
Cook the rice according to instructions.
Put the chicken broth in a pot, heat, and stir in flour until it thickens into gravy.
Slice the bell peppers, cucumbers, jalapeno peppers, and green onions; mix together. Put on individual plates, grate cheese over it, pour Italian dressing on top with a dab of sour cream and hot sauce on the side.
Reheat the chicken and carve. Serve slices of chicken with the rice and gravy; have the salad on the side.
If you prefer mashed potatoes instead of rice, make the instant mashed potatoes instead. If the salad seems a bit too spicy, leave out the sour cream and hot sauce and just serve with Italian dressing instead.

Since you already have the cooked chicken;-}
you have the option of re-heating or cutting it up.
I'd make some vegetable fried rice & a salad.
You don't mention any vegetables, why not?
Cook the mushroom rice in chicken broth, if you like.
For fried rice, place the cooked rice into oiled skillet,
include any canned or frozen veggies you may have,
along with diced peppers & chopped green onions.
Add an egg, & stir until cooked. Serve with Soya sauce.
You don't mention any kind of greens either.
If you can get any kind, or tomato, make a salad with:
diced peppers, chopped onions, sliced cucumber,
& italian dressing.

For a side dish, mix up a thick batch of mashed potatoes, stir in some sour cream, spread in a baking dish, top with cheese and green onions. It's like twice-bakeds with no skins.

nicely, if your meat isn't of very reliable high quality i does no longer know a thank you to cook dinner them with out stewing it a minimum of faster or later. in case you have reliable great skills you need to slice the beef very thinly. in case you're able to do this, try marinating the skinny slices with salt (this could help tenderize), pepper a tbsp. of oil and abot a million/4 cup of your balti sauce. In a warm skillet cook dinner up your sliced meat. do away with the beef from the pan. in case you have onions, upload them to the pan. If no longer, upload the the remainder of the balti to the pan and produce it to a simmer, upload the beef decrease back to the pan and toss with the sauce. on the top upload a million/4 cup of coconut cream. Serve it over the rice. Garnish with chopped parsley.

chicken soup (pull apart chickken from bone, boil it with chicken broth).
if you have tortillas, a quesadilla.
There is a website called msnacksby.com where you can enter in your ingredients, even how much of it you have, and it will search from its recipe database. try this website . you will not regret it.
