As long as they have access to clean water and shade, there's nothing illegal about leaving dogs outside when it's hot out. And there's nothing wrong with kenneling dogs in cages, either. If you're that concerned, you can call animal control and they will investigate with something called a Welfare Check.

Well if its only 1 or two dogs that may be wort reporting because there are no reasons to keep them outside. But with many dogs, some owners can't keep them inside because there is simply not enough room, it really depends on the situation, you should be more specific on things like this.

Yup. Keeping dogs in cages outside can be cruel IF they have no water or room to move, and if they never come out/ look dirty and unkempt. Call animal control. Hopefully they will be fined for animal cruelty.

hi,im confused are they in cages or pens?are they directly out in the heat without shade and water? are you seeing the dogs suffer?if you are then yes call the animal control.

Any Breed could have seperation stress...Do you have afenced backyard the place your canines can relieve hmself with out being walked? you like somethng short haired yet they want brushing as they shed too....consistent with possibility some form of twine haired terrier could artwork...I dont be attentive to..seems such as you dont have lots time for a canines!

well you should report them to the ASPCA or humane society its annoymous and if they find nuthin wrong you wont get in trouble if you find a problem wth it the call it could never hurt your doin a good thing tryin to save this dog from potential danger

To do nothing when you see abuse makes you a party to the crime. You must speak up. or call authorities . If it is not abuse . But unethical practises you must peak up and educate. mail them articles on ethical breeding, proper care of dogs . Speak up, report, and educate .!!!
