I'm being serious here, ok people. I'm not trying to show off or get attention.

I'm 24 years old, 5'1" and a size 5. I gained a few pounds during college, and ever since graduation I've been working out regularly and eating much better. Mu tummy has gone down, although it still needs more work.
BUt I also have 36/38D boobs and I feel like they're too big for my body and I want them to be a 36/38C. I'm having a hard time making them smaller. My tummy went down much faster than my boobs.

Is there anything I can do, or is it just a matter of time and continuing my cardio, so I can sweat it off?! :o\ Anu suggestions would be appreciated... and NO....I'm not getting a breast reduction, because they're not THAT big and I have no back pain.

I hate you. With a burning, BURNING passion.

J/K!

Anyhow, as for losing the boobs, if you haven't noticed much difference yet, then there is probably not a lot you can do exercise-wise. After all, you are already fairly tiny weight-wise, and you don't want to become anorexic-skinny just trying to lose the boobs.

Continue to eat healthy and exercise, and if the boobs don't "go down" in size, then you may have no choice but to consider a slight reduction (NOTE: I know many women who have done it, and I have yet to hear of one who isn't happy with the decision that she made).

Good luck, girl.

(and I still hate you :) !)

Since you are losing weight and losing nothing in the chest, that means your breasts are composed of more dense breast tissue and not fatty tissue, so there really is nothing for you except for surgery, sorry!
