All the children's nursery songs and lullabies. The more varieties your child hears, the better. Barney is good too, but I really don't recommend it until your baby is about a year old at least.

My daughter loved classical music. I had a CD called the classical child at play. I would put it on when she was fussy and she would calm right down. The funny thing is she is 9 and still loves classical music!

all children love and are soothed by classical music. there are some specifically for babies/young children. also, listening to classical music has been proven to raise IQ .
