If better as in which taste one prefers, well that is subjective. What one person likes best may not be what the next one likes. I can't say I have ever had Produt 19 nor Honey Bunches of Oats, haven't tried them because they don't appeal to me, so of those three I would choose Wheaties.
Best as far as overall health, not knowing what Product 19 is, I would guess it some type of whole grain. Of the 3 my money is one HOney Bunches have the most sugar and artificial flavors added.

None because they all contain high levels of synthetic vitamins and minerals...and the calcium (listed as calcium carbonate on the label) is derived from ROCK! It's a cheap source of calcium that could increase your risk of having kidney stones. These cereals have toxic amounts of vitamins and minerals-- it may not be toxic enough to make you sick in the short-term, but it may in the long-term. No food in it's natural state will give you 100% of your RDA for12 or more different vitamins and minerals! Why? Because humans aren't meant to consume such large amounts of vitamins and minerals at once. Our bodies don't know how to handle it. That's why our bodies dispose of it..through our urine. But eating these cereals on a daily basis could cause you to overdose on your vitamins and minerals. And because they are sythnethic, they may pose other health risks. I suggest sticking to cereals that have naturally occuring vitamins and minerals. I like Nature's Path cereals. They use nutrient-dense grains like Kamut, barley, oats, etc. in their cereals.

most CLAIM 100% MDR
so why eat any more..???
For God's sake don't take multi-vitamins ($10 - 20) you just Pe them out
Better is what YOU like
