Brown the ground beef. Chop the onion and saute in with the beef.
Cut up the lettuce & tomatoes.
On each plate, add the tortilla chips on the bottom. Place cheese onto of the chips, add a spoonful of meat. Add more cheese. Add lettuce & tomatoes. Top with salsa.
It's an EASY taco salad recipe and you've got all of the ingredients for it!
Enjoy!

You could make a ground beef stroganoff if you have some pasta noodles.
Brown the ground beef, drain off the excess fat.
Mix in the can of cream of mushroom soup with the beef.
Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream if you have it.
Meanwhile boil pasta noodles about 8 minutes until tender. Drain off all of the water.
Toss the beef mixture with the noodles and serve.
It's delicious and very simple. This is a recipe that I learned how to make as a teenager.

OK, thaw enough ground beef for your meal.
A pound will make about four servings.
Then chop & brown in a skillet with chopped onion.
You can add chopped celery or peppers to taste.
Mix mushroom soup with a cup of water or milk.
You can add any frozen or canned veggies you like.
Add to meat mixture & pour into a casserole dish.
You can top with mashed potato like shepherds pie.
Decorate the top with some grated cheese.
Place in 350F oven for half an hour, until heated through.

Nothing fancy, but would have to be Meatloaf. Hamburger Spanish Onion (Latin onions make it so much more festive) Crackers (smashed in my hands with hatred, to mere dust) One large egg (chicken, not like a lizard, or spider egg, to be clear) Pepper, Parsley, Sage, Oregano a few shots of Ketchup and/or BBQ Sauce Now create your "loaf looking" meat and use 2 fingers to make a trench. Let back for about 20 minutes at 375 F. In the meantime, mix some ketchup, bbq sauce, mustard, and honey to taste. Mix together well. Now pour all over the "loaf" as well as filling in the trench with this sauce. Some fresh Parsley on top gives it that "2 Star Restaurant" look. Bake another 10-15 minutes. Times will vary if you are using gas or electric oven. Also, size of "loaf" figures in too. Try not to get any E Coil and over cook rather than under. As strange as all of that sounds, now put grated cheese sprinkled all over said "loaf" and only put in long enough for this cheese to start to melt, just not all the way melt. If you are a spinach fan, you could have put hand ripped pieces into the mix before turning it into a loaf. This is one of the first foods I must eat after I feel like some Comfort food. Today, for instance, would be a great day for this, for me. Enjoy! Peace:)

You're pretty well stocked up :) You could go the Mexican route and have a quick taco salad, or make a meatloaf with the onions, peppers, rice and top it with the mushroom soup and serve with potatoes. You could make a sheperds pie type dish with the rice, soup, onions, peppers, top with mashed potatoes and grated cheese and bake, If you need more ideas I'd look under ground beef or hamburger on www.all-about-meat.com

I would go for some meatballs. You will find an easy recipe on the site below. It is under the Kid section. You could make a really nice tomato sauce with your tomatoes to go with it. And serve rice of course.
