long distance relationships can be a pain and u have to be able to trust ur significant other with ur heart because you dont know what might happen between you do when u meet other people and develop new feelings.. and thats what u gotta look out for...so please make sure ur heart is set with him and make sure he feels the same about you because it will be heartbreaking that u have all those feelings for him and he doesnt in return....good luck

I used to date a guy that like in another state than me. i was a teenager back then and it wasn't like a serious dating/relationship type of thing either. We were like on and off for about 3 years, but we hardly saw each other, constantly were online to chat or on the phone, and after it all I felt like it was a complete waste of time. But if you truly love each other than you should be able to make it work. Your age has a lot to do with what direction the relationship goes also ...

It sounds like you two are right for each other, which is great! I think you should try the long distance thing. If you love him, it's gotta be worth a shot, right? In relationships like this, the most important thing is trust. If you can trust each other to be faithful, then it should work. Try and see each other during holidays...as often as you can really. Call each other a lot, text. Maybe even write? I hope it works out for you. All the best.

Long distance relationships are difficult. I know. I had one. He was in the Army nearly the entire time we dated. Stationed in Europe then Asia, then Texas.

Did it work out for us? Yes.... We've been married 37 years. But it takes effort on both your parts to make it work.

I never understood the concept of two guys meeting at camp and falling head over heels in love with each other.

honestly your too young too know what love is (i'm only a few years older and i don't) so even though it's clear you like this guy the school year is starting and you will hav many chances that you should be free to take without worrying about some guy a few states away that you can never be sure about. Men are master deceivers i know i've done it myself, good luck and only you know what's best for YOU
