OF COURSE NOT! The Bible says that Satan is the father of all lies, meaning that everything he says is wrong and decieving. Satan wants nothing more than for us to believe him and be dragged into sin so that we can't spend eternity in Heaven. The Bible says that there is a Hell and a Heaven whether people want to believe it or not.

I you're even considering listening to the devil YOU NEED to reevaluate your life. The Devil is nothing but a liar who comes to kill and destroy. Read the bible and there you will find all the answers to your questions. The bible is a manual for life. There is nothing new that is not in the bible. The only thing new is technology.

the devil is the father of fear. i dont think it is the devil. when people die that dont believe, they wont go to hell. they will just die. the hell is only for the devil to burn in revelations 20 verse10 the unbelievers will just die
