well, yes and no.
Maybe yes, because people ask questions such as, "what do you think of Hispanics who support illegal immigration?"
The only responses the asker would get is hate towards Hispanics.
This forum does influence people to ask questions like that and people to answer negatively.
But I also think no because it gives us all the freedom to engage in this topic. but we do get to report anything we see that seems racist or whatever goes against the guidelines say.

No to your question. I have a big issue with people wanting to omit others opinions and speeches. I don't want some rose colored falsehood shoved down my throat thank you very much. Truth is often ugly and many people with differing ideas exist; I much prefer others ideas that go against the grain because if you believe they don't exist, there is no helping you.
If no one can handle the truth; they need to grab the oars and paddle up the river of denial.

Guess we should shut down Black Panthers and KKK, too? It's a freedom of speech.
And the site doesn't "influence" people to ask racists questions. The prejudice exists within the person. Nothing on this site encourages racism.

No, because that's not what it's doing.
I'm sorry you're having trouble getting quality answers, though. I'll check out your Q/A and see if I can't come with a couple for you.
It would apear your recent questions have been resolved, guess it's not that bad.

If you don't have the mental capacity to resist racism, maybe you should not view the information (false or acurate) that is presented on this web site.
Censor yourself!
To ME, Q/A only points out the the actual state of mind of the individuals participating in this forum.
They are what they are!

How are you to find out about other cultures and ethnic groups if you don't ask questions.Everyone has gotten to sensitive about everything. You can't go through life and not be offended by someones comments or actions. Our country needs to stop being so politically correct and grow a backbone.

From the looks of it most of the people asking racist questions actually are posting from outside the USA, in Mexico, or Central American nations, or South American nations.
Are you intelligent enough to comprehend race baiting or not?
Better yet, why doesn't yahoo ban you, fine you, or shut you down?

No.
I wish they gave a difficult test about culture, history and tolerance.
If people pass the test, they can post freely...otherwise a lot of uneducated fools will post racist questions and jokes along with other nonsense.
Impossible, I know...but I can dream.

Flawed premise: you've not supported your assertion that having this site influences anyone to do anything. That's your opinion, not a fact.
Ergo, no, it should not be banned for the reasons you suggest.

WE ARE FREE TO ASK WHAT EVER WE PLEASE AND ANSWER HOWEVER WE PLEASE.
FOR CITIZENS OF THIS COUNTRY WE ARE LEGALLY WITHIN OUR RIGHTS TO SPEAK AS WE WISH.
just because we are tired of illegals coming into this country demanding whatever they wish does not make us racists!!!
