1) Where did the religious aspect of the bible come from?
It came from God, through the prophets.

2) Where did the Torah come from?
The Torah came as inspiration from God, through the Prophets. Additionally, parts of teh modern Torah include the Talmud, and other verbal traditions handed down from one Israelite generation to the next.

3) Who declared the laws/commandments?
God wrote them. Moses declared them.

4) How is God's exsistance certain?
Thunders, lightnings, and God's booming voice caused the Israelites to fear. They balked at standing before God, and asked Moses to be their intermediary. God's presence was VERY real to the nation of Israel.

5) Who will recusue us from the slavery of Egypt?
The story of Egypt is that of Israel BEING rescued from Egypt, by God.

"1) Where did the religious aspect of the bible come from?"
If Exodus is read, there are obvious parts of it where God deals directly with Moses and other people in it. The nature of the writing shows clearly that God wanted the Hebrews to do somethings, and He got it done. So the mere reading of the Book of Exodus shows God power on display for both the Hebrews, and the Egyptians as well.

"2) Where did the Torah come from?"
The law was given to Moses, and he was told all that it was. It was actually angels that gave it to Moses. (see Acts 7:52-53 ; Galatians 3:19 )

"3) Who declared the laws/commandments?"
Moses (Deuteronomy 5:1)

"4) How is God's existence certain?"
Through His Spirit. God also told them that they can learn by what He did. There are many times throughout the Bible where God calls them to remember what He did with the Hebrews in the desert. They for the most part, didn't learn. Time and time again they questioned God and Moses, without looking at what God had already done.

"5) Who will rescue us from the slavery of Egypt?"

God at the hand of a 'deliverer'. Mose was the type of Christ in those days. They could not see it, but I think that Moses did.

"Do these questions have answers in Exodus (from the Old Testament)?"
Yes. They do. You just have to put the stories in context. The revealing of what happened in the Old Testament is in the New Testament. You just have to know where to look and understand what is being revealed. All the things in the Old Testament are understandable IF the person sees what was done.

Now some of your questions seemed rhetorical. They depended upon wording to obscure the subject. Now if Exodus was the only source where one could derive the information, this would have been a longer post than it is! Because I would then have to explain a lot of things as to how things were fit together.

I hope this helped you.

1) What do you mean?
2) G-d
3) G-d, with Moses as his main prophet who set the laws down
4) It's not factually certain, but to those who believe in Him, He is very real. But we can't prove it using scientific method, for instance.
5) G-d did rescue us.

And it's not Hebrews, it's Jews.
