Your caloric intake, BMI, and exercise all all concerning, but what is most dangerous is your obvious obsession with food and weight. Untreated, this obsession will take you from 1,250 calories to 500, will reduce your goal BMI from 16 to 15, and will make you believe your self-worth can be measured with a bathroom scale. Eating disorders are chronic and deadly diseases, but they do not start out as such. They start out with an obsession. Do not wait to find out the depths your disordered eating will take you. Do not wait for someone else to tell confirm you have a problem. You know that something is not right. Seek out someone who will listen and who knows the importance of early intervention. You deserve more than what your eating disorder will "feed" you!

I would say you do because you're definitely underweight and your heart is probably at a high risk for a heart attack right now...I have an eating disorder as well. My BMI went down to around 14 and I had to be hospitalized. It really doesn't matter how many calories you take in; you're still underweight. It might be a good idea to see your doctor to see if you're safe medically as well as a therapist. They can really help you sort out your feelings. Good luck.

Your calorie intake isn't bad but the fact that your BMI is so low is dangerous. You should be at least 18.5 BMI. I suggest not worrying so much about weight.. and work on developing toned muscle. You'll gain some weight but you will be tight and your body fat will be very low. It'll actually changed your whole shape.

the BMI is a very poor indicator of health when compared to getting your body fat analyzed. the BMI does not differentiate between fat and muscle. you can have a low BMI and a high body fat % making you not very healthy and increasing the risk factor for numerous health risks.
instead of focusing on numbers on the scale and BMI change the focus to getting your body fat % to a below average level.

You are on the verge of one - what doctors call "disordered eating." It seems you have an unhealthy obsession with calories, numbers and exercise.
Try to loosen up a bit. If you find you can't, please get help.

No, you dont, your just monitoring your calories, which is good. Keep it up, and make sure you still get a balance of your vitamins.
