Hi!

Here comes the help!

"alegre" = Happy, cheerful

"calvo/calva" = someone that lacks hair on their heads (aka: bald). The first is singular male, the second term, singular female.

"buena gente" = It translates as "good people", but it is an expression used to refer to a specific someone that is kind and respectful and respectable even. ("Ese señor sí es buena gente")

"canoso/canasa" = with gray hairs. The first term is singular male, the second, singular female.

"leal" = loyal. Works for either sex.

"trabajador/trabajadora" = It could mean a "hardwaorker" or a "working person", depending how it is used. The first is singular male, the second, female.

"de estatura mediana" = "of average height". Someone that is not too tall, and not too small.

"lleva anteojos" = "he/she wears glasses". Usually meaning reading glasses. Works for male and female individuals.

"Tiene el pelo rizado" = "Has curly hair". Works for either sex.

"Mide...metros" = "Measure... meters". This "Measure" (mide) is a conjugation of the verb "Medir" (to measure) in the third, singular, person.
Duh! Well, meters are to be measured! Meter is the usual distance measure used in Spanish speaking countries (as opposed to miles/feets/inches used in other countries). 1 meter is more less 3 feet.

That's it!
Goodluck!

There are many factors that can attribute to hair recession or massive hair fall and you need to find out which one exactly is responsible for the problem you are having now. Of course male pattern baldness is still the most common cause, but, for instance, if you are a woman things are deinitely different! This is the reason why you will need to really dig down and see the source of your problem.

Other causes of hair loss may include (both in men and women): severe mental or emotional stress, excessive use of coloring or bleaching agents, traction alopecia or excessive strain on the scalp due to braiding or corn rowing, hormonal changes, alopecia areata or hair loss due to autoimmune diseases, and many more. Each of these conditions will require a different approach in order to achieve success regardless of whether you're going to be using conventional or natural methods.

In my opinion it's much better to use natural methods as opposed to conventional ones, they're cheaper, have less to no side effects, and often more effective.

A good way of regaining your full head of healthy natural hair is well described on this guide: http://hairagain.toptips.org

Alegre means happy

Calvo means bald male

Calva means bald female

Buena gente means good people

Canoso means male with lots of gray hair and Canasa
(though I never heard it in the Spanish language before)
I believe means female with lots of gray hair

Leal means loyal

Trabajador means male worker

Trabajadora means female worker

De estatura medina means of medium height

Lleva anteojos means has glasses

Tiene el pelo rizado means has curly hair

Mide metros means measures meters

For 'Lleva anteojos' you have to add 'ella' or 'el' in the begining to make it a sentence. 'Ella' means she and 'el' means he. You have to do the same for ' Tiene el pelo rizado'.

I was glad to help

The only word out of that list that I know is buena, which is the feminine form of the word "bueno", which means "good" or "well", depending on the context in which the word is being used.
