Like the other guy said, you really don't need a vertical stand, but I found something for the PS3 that is close to a vertical stand. I've seen it in Gamestop and in other stores, but the link is from Amazon.com

u dont need a stand for the PS3 it can stand vertically with out it

Yeah it can stand up on its own even on the picture on the box its standing up and you get way better ventilation if you stand it up regularly
