Would it be wrong to use part of a Bible verse in a song?

No, not at all. The bible has been a source of inspiration to many for hundreds of years now. I
Think that music is a wonderful way to spread God’s message of love. We each have our personal take on what our faith means to us and I feel that the creative arts is the best way to express something that is so hard to put into words. Not only do your words covey your faith so does the melody. Sing a joyful song unto the Lord!

Do I get the 10 points???
:D

Not necessarily. Obviously, if the song is to be a religious song, it would be more than appropriate. There are other songs that use Bible verses that aren't even really considered *religious*. Take a look at The Byrds "Turn Turn Turn". That whole song is a Bible verse, and even non-religious people like that song.
If the verse is conveying the message you want to send, then use it.

I learned The Lord's Prayer by listening to Andy Williams sing it on his Christmas Present album many years ago.

There's nothing wrong with using scripture in a song.

I tried to find you a Youtube link but there was none.

It depends on the song. If it's Onward Christian Soldiers than obviously no. But if it's The Beautiful People then I'd say an emphatic yes to that.

No, people do it all the time. Ton's of Christian songs come partially from Psalms, or are based off of a particular Psalm. Many hymns, and contemporary Christian music does it. Go for it!
