I was wondering about that myself, I called Time Warner cable because our Internet has been out on and off for over 3 weeks. Of the 6 or 7 times I called one person was helpful, the other ones acted like I was bothering them.

yeah, we lernt this at college in organization classification. All you should do is stick to a pair incredibly ordinary steps and it incredibly is plenty much less complicated than it could look. the basics are: enable the telephone ring two times or thrice, yet under no circumstances extra advantageous than 4. Sound enthusiastic (no longer overly) and keen to help your customer answer the telephone via identyfing your organization and then your self and ask uncomplicated how you could help. "sturdy morning, it incredibly is occasion & Sons, my call is invoice, how can i help?" understand your product interior out! And in spite of each and every thing probelms are solved, determine that the shopper has not extra subject concerns or questions, and then supply them a farewell like 'get exhilaration from something of your day'. And constantly have a pen/pencil and a pad waiting to place in writing down messages in case you should bypass on a message to a various man or woman! i understand you will possibly have needed a thank you to respond to the telephone, yet those different counsel could are available in useful too!

There is no excuse for anyone being rude, but many companies are not willing to train and pay enough to have qualified people answering the phones and helping the customers.

That's terrible, maybe you should ask for the information in English I guess. Also having that car sold for salvage you should remove the body first or call somebody in the Gambino family.

my opinion is the people are not treated well by their management and would much rather be elsewhere but with the job market being what it is .... try not to take it to heart ... and smile when you talk to them .. they will feel your positive nature and may just help them
