Your pictures are actually too large. What you need to do is make your photos smaller, probably no bigger than 4000 pixels on a side or 4000 pixels total (adding up all the sides).

How you make your photos smaller will depend on what software you have. Most photo editing software will allow you to "resize" an image.

Here's what I suggest first:
1) double check the uploading specifications so you know what they are. Typically that's either a file size limitation or a limitation on the length of the side of an image.

2) Check the software you use for viewing/adjusting images. Usually that comes with the camera. There should be an option to resize the image.

3) If you don't have such software, you'll have to download some software to adjust the image size.

4) Another option: turn down the image size on your camera itself.

Try saving the pictures to individual files - one for each picture. Then, using Microsoft Windows Picture Editor, make the pictures larger and resave. Then upload onto the website. Another way is to use Word and insert (via Insert, Picture, From File) all the pictures as files onto the same document. Then Format Picture to resize each one, then save as a webpage. This will create a slideshow of each picture, automatically separated, which can be accessed and viewed by My Computer, then uploaded to the website.

You don't need to make your pics larger - you need to make them smaller. A 4 Mp camera will produce jpegs about 1 Mp big, which is 250 times too big for the site, so you'll have to resize each picture to about 15% of the original height or width - maybe even less.
