I'd probably ask her "ma'am, do you have the time?" And if her reaction is to look at her wrist watch, I'll just let her go. And if she had the instinct to ask me back "depends, what do you have in mind?"..... then I'd probably say "first, hit that fcuking stop button on the elevator...... and please...... don't bother to ask questions for the next 15 minutes" :-)

Are we talking "do" or "make out with"? There's a huge, HUGE difference between the two.
Would I just unzip and bang a chick in a public elevator after just meeting them? Probably not. If she was smoking hot and invited me up to her place...well....that might be a different story.
Would I make out with them out of nowhere if I felt an instant physical connection? I think I would. You only get one chance at life and I'll embrace any excitement that finds me...I think this qualifies.

Yes if the circumstances were right...why not. I have never done that in an elevator, but in a public park and a movie theather.

I would do it all over again. Stair case, (elevators was the best as it stopped every second or 3rd floor & GIGGLE GIGGLE GIGGLE,) on the street with foggy windows in the car at night, a local park at night, and on it went.

No... I've been a little more discreet. The majority of elevators have security cameras and I wouldn't want to end up on Youtube.
