What is amoral about having sex in the bathroom?
Is it that it offends you? In that case it's not about morality but personal values. I can fart in the lineup to the movie, and it may offend many, but thats hardly amoral.
How does it hurt others, how does it cause harm? If 2 people want to feel the exhiliration of having sex in a public washroom stall, where is the moral infraction. Is it amoral to offend someone? I dont think so, whats offensive to you may be amusing to someone else and vise versa. Really, whats the difference between somone laying down a big stinky log in a toilet, and 2 people in a stall having sex...one stinks the other makes sounds, All i see is the church pushing thier ideology (not morality) on others and that is imo is amoral.

Look at your previous question, and how you phrased it (as well as how it was phrased by the Mayor.) The reasoning wasn't "we're installing single-occupancy bathrooms to prevent people from shagging in public" - it was "we're installing single-occupancy bathrooms to prevent gays from shagging in public." That's focusing on a particular group - try replacing "gays" with another group, and see if it doesn't look biased.
Enforcing the laws is just ducky; after all, that's his job. But he's got to enforce it fairly and evenly, which, according to his own words, he's not.

homosexuality is not immoral.. get that through your head. Because some bronze age men got a little nervous about their own sexuality and decided to ban it totally, doesn't make it a bad thing.
What I don't want permitted in my city is the kind of prejudice and hate speech that condemns people based on some outdated, mistranslated texts that were used solely for the purpose of gaining power over the masses.

As I stated on your other question, no I wouldn't want it permitted, regardless of sexual orientation.
The fact that homosexuals are going there isn't the issue, it's the public indecency that's the issue.

Well moral to me is ending discrimination and in this day and age the most accepted form of discrimination is against those who don't fit into what some consider the heterosexual norm.

I would like to have heterosexual sex in a bathroom...it's less gross than pooping. But we are too repressed to even have unisex bathrooms.
While you're all about permitting things, why don't you permit atheist to hold public office? Look up "atheist discrimination" on Wiki

Absolutely not, if I met 2 strangers having sex in a public bathroom, I would not care whether they were gay or straight. I'll kick their asses.....actually I would call the cops.

anyway, who the hell cares? I don't care if people are having sex in public bathrooms. Its not like they're doing it in the middle of the street for people to see! Mind your own business!

Are you saying straight people never have trysts?
Just that all homosexuals have sex as soon as they lay eyes on each other? How can you consider yourself a fair-minded person?

Spreading HIV/AIDS is immoral. Encouraging young people to accept it as normal is criminal. Gays who are promoting their unhealthy agenda are evil or just plain stupid. There's a reason we don't have "Liars' Parades" and "Drunk Pride Day". It's because other types of sinners have the sense and humility to admit that there is something wrong with their lifestyle. They may not repent and turn to the Lord, but they at least admit it's wrong.
