When I serve my upper arm hurts. It feels the same as when I overthrow or throw my arm out in softball. Is there something I can do to make it feel better? Ice it or something?

2 things for you:
1. Take a warm bath, and lie in bed with a heating pad. The heat will feel nice!
2. Rub A535. Rub it on and instantly you will feel better, I swear!

Massage.
Find an acupuncturist who knows how to do massage.
Jacuzzi might help.

Ice would only help when your arm is swelling.
