depends. Hey, I met this girl and in a week we were best friends. First day we were having a great time. and hey, I'd kiss her there. But if you have something going and it's great like you were with them for months then go ahead. Kiss the fool.

id say that you shouldlook for signs first that hes into you! and to test the waters and see if he is start out with a kiss on the cheek ... hehe that s how i got my bf loli kissed him on the cheek and he thought it was sweet ... the next day he asked me out ..sumtime it just takes a little bit more than a hint to get a guys attention ;) gl

i would say wait for him to be the one to kiss you, if not, look for the right moment. and kissing a guy you barely is probably okaay..but still...thats kind of a no no...if you were drunk maybee..
