It all sounds really good... and congratulations on the wedding! Maybe you could add some chicken strips/fingers for the kids, just in case!

i know I sound critical, but you have 2 pasta dishes. You"ll need something to break it up, maybe a chicken with vegetable.

I do agree with some previous posts, I had maybe 15-20 vegetarian's at my wedding. I provided a vegetable lasagna because most of these wedding places don't know how to provide good vegetarian dishes. Maybe have a pasta with no meat, a fish or chicken without the carbs. Less is more, the salads could have 2 extra topings, three seem to be too much. I worked in a restaurant for 4 years and having things too rich may not be for everyone.

Sounds good. The only thing I would suggest would be to have one vegetarian sauce for the pasta in addition to the two non-veg sauces you have. You could even have the shrimp as extras and not actually put them into the fettuccini sauce, and then you wouldn't need another sauce. (assuming Bolognese is what I think it is, it's non-veg). Everything else looks lovely.

If any of your guests are vegetarian or observe Kosher or Halal dietary rules, it would be nice to have an entree that they can eat.

Um....maybe you should stick to thing your guests recognize and eat on a on regular basis....goat cheese? If they dont know what it is they will more than likely not get it. I went to a retirement dinner once and the food was yucky! It was awful because a lot of it was thrown away. To keep form wasting your money and having your guests leave hungry, check on most of the items on your menu.
Your cake sounds good though.

Sounds great! You might want to add a crudite to the hors d'oeuvres.

And for all the posters asking where's the meat, Marinara Bolognese IS a meat sauce.

That sounds lovely! (Though marinara is a tomato sauce without meat, and bolognese is a tomato sauce with ground beef, so the penne couldn't have marinara bolognese. Unless you mean you have two different selections so the vegetarians can have pasta too.)

It sounds excellent, except an entree should be included. Something like Eggplant Parmigiana (for vegetarian guests) or Chicken/Flounder Francese (if you & your guests like chicken or fish). And don't forget the dessert! You could just do wedding cake and chocolate-dipped strawberries. Mmmm. :)

Looks like you have covered all the bases! You must have a fortune to spend. My only suggestion would be to have the salad dressing put on the side so guests can dress their own salads.

Wowsers! It sounds elegant and scrumptious! Are you vegetarians yourselves? Just concerned that the men aren't going to get a hunk of meat...
It's a very generous menu - and for the answerer who said kids wouldn't eat anything on it - wrong! I read the menu to my son here, and he salivated over everything!
Good luck with the wedding.

I'm an exceptionally fussy eater - - I hope your guests are not.
Out of that entire list I think I'd only eat the penne pasta!
