Does anyone know where you can find soothing sounds such as [waves & waterfalls]
....but without purchasing and dowloading

Go to the direct source of these aquatic sounds -- waterfalls and ocean fronts. But if you want to preserve them at no cost and little effort, bring along your tape recorder and don't forget to turn it on.

you can get them on limewire's free edition. Just type in "water" or "nature" or "rain" in the Title section of the search engine.
