1, A poached egg on 1 (maybe 2) slices of wholemeal toast with light (i cant believe its not butter) spread, and grilled or oven cooked mushroom (without any butter added)

2, Half a tin of soup (average 90 calories) with 1 (or maybe 2 slices) of wholemeal toast with light (i cant believe its not butter) spread

3, Half a small tin of tuna with salad, sweetcorn, a hard boiled egg and possibly a wholemeal pitta

what oreder would you put these in health wise, and why?.....any other comments would be gratefull ;-)

3, Because you are getting all the nutrients from the fish and egg the goodness from the salad and pitta always wins over bread.

1, Because eggs fill you up (protein). Wholemeal bread beats at least white.

2, Is last as you did not mention which soup it was, some tinned soup can be unhealthy.

i say eat all three, becuase u can do two things.
1. Lipo suction
2. Acutally get off ur lazy *** to do some things outside
