Boneless chicken breasts (cut fat off)
1 jar dried beef (you may need to ask where to find in store)
bacon
1 can cream mushroom
1 can cream chicken
1 cont. sour cream
paprika
Pre-heat oven to 350, place dried beef in bottom of pan. Wrap bacon around chicken and secure with toothpick. Place chicken on top of dried beef. Mix soups and sour cream and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika and cook for approx. 1 hour.
It is wonderful!!!! It really is fairly quick to make! I like to serve with rice.
Boneless Chicken breasts
1 can frozen limeade
Pre-heat oven to 350, Place chicken breasts in pan and pour limeade over the chicken. Cook for approx. 1 hr and in the last 5-10 minutes broil to give the chicken just a little brown crisp.
This is really good as well!

Fiery "Fried" Chicken
1 tbsp. chili-garlic sauce (found in the international aisle of grocery store) also the kind you can get at a chinese restaurant.
3 tbsp. pineapple juice
4 6-oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
3 tbsp. canola oil
Heat oven to 450 F.
In a large bowl combine the chili-garlic sauce & pineapple juice. Add chicken & toss to coat
In a seperate bowl, combine bread crumbs, salt, & oil. Working with 1 piece at a time, coat chicken in bread crumb mixture & transfer to a baking sheet. Repeat with remaining breasts. Bake unitl cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes. Larger breasts should be cooked approximately 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, mix the oregano, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture into chicken. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Brown chicken in butter for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Place chicken in a slow cooker.
In the same skillet, mix the water, lemon juice, garlic, and bouillon. Bring the mixture to boil. Pour over the chicken in the slow cooker.
Cover, and cook on High for 3 hours, or Low for 6 hours. Add the parsley to the slow cooker 15 to 30 minutes before the end of the cook time.

salt and pepper
-pan fry the chicken in 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp of butter, browning on each side (about 2 min per side) move to a baking dish.
-in a bowl mix up the soy and orange juice. stream in honey. mix well. pour over chicken and bake in oven for 20 minutes, at 350.
serve w/ white rice and steamed veggies.
(to punch this up: you can add pinapple chunks to cook with the chicken in the oven and top with sesame seeds during the last 2 minutes of cooking)

This is a family favorite of ours!
1 cup italian bread crumbs
1 tsp cyanne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
mix together in one bowl, in a seperate have 2 eggs. Rinse chicken, pat dry with paper towl (this will allow you to get a crisper coating when coming out of the oven). Dip into egg, toss into bread crumbs. Place one greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Optional: If you have mozzeralla cheese, cover it when it comes out of the oven and pour fetticini or spegetti sauce over it. Its delicious!!

Yummy Chicken Piccata
4 Tblsp olive oil
1 lb chicken fillets, sliced thin
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp white pepper
Sauce:
2 Tblsp butter
1 1/2 tsp flour mixture (from above)
1 cup white wine
1 Tblsp lemon juice
2 tsp capers (optional)
Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper in shallow bowl. In a separate bowl, combine lemon juice, wine, and 1 1/2 tsp of the flour mix. Coat chicken fillets on both sides with the remaining flour mixture.
In large skillet, brown chicken in heated olive oil, about 2 minutes a side. Remove from pan & keep warm.
For sauce, add butter and capers in the same skillet, heat until butter melts. Add wine/lemon/flour mixture and stir to loosen browned bits. Cook til thickened. Spoon over chicken. YUM!

Oh me too! With the chicken breast I plan to dip them each in a batter of a couple eggs, salt. pepper, and lawry's seasoning. then pour some bread crumbs into a plate and coat the breasts with the crumbs then fry in olive oil. On the side you can eat it with mashed potatoes then add garlic and olive oile (or butter) or for the lighter version you can sautee mushrooms then sautee tomatoes with them, then sprinkle cheese on top. Serve it with the chicken as a side dish. yum.

My family loves this:
Spray bottom of bake pan w/ pam
place chicken in pan
season w/ salt and pepper
Mix a can of cream of mushroom w/ 1 can milk
pour over chicken
mix 1 box stove top (any flavor) according to directions
spoon stove top over soup and bake @350 for 35 minutes or til chicken is done!
